Realization

Implementation of a seminar series focussing on:

• Technology Transfer in Germany - duties and responsibilities of universities and research institutions;
• Technology Transfer through licensing and Spin-Offs - private supplements of R&D activities using the example of the INI-GraphicsNet;
• Transfering an idea into an enterprise - processes of proactive research exploitation;
• Entrepreneurial decisions during incubation - choice of legal form, etc;
• Business Plan - basis for decision-making of corporate foundations and financing;
• Financing Conepts for Spin-Offs, especially Venture Capital Financing - Philosophy, Concepts, Effectiveness.

Results

More than 30 participants from universities (students, scientific employees) and research institutions were trained.
