Commercialization

One of the basic goals of the INI-GraphicsNet Stiftung is to promote and support the commercialization of new and promising technologies by assisting in all relevant areas of this process and the related strategic choices. New and promising, maybe even life changing technologies should be transferred out of the academic labs, into the market where they can affect and improve real lives.

Time is money and the path to commercialization is pitted with unpredictable delays. Effective management is the key to a successful launch. But finding experienced interim executives who understand strategic start-up decisions can be quite challenging. Further possible difficulties in relation to commercialization include: dealing with investors, not knowing the best way to capture an investor’s interest, not understanding the competition, project and milestones management, prioritizing or strategic alliance opportunities. The INI-GraphicsNet Stiftung can provide assistance as commercialization partner in all of these matters individually designed, as required.
