Mentoring and Qualification

The INI-GraphicsNet Stiftung offers individually designed Mentoring and Qualification along the technology transfer value-generation chain. One highlight are the training seminars for scientists and spin-off founders, in which employees of the INI-GraphicsNet can participate free of charge. These programs are a key element in supporting the incorporation process. By covering a wide range of topics such as basic knowledge on questions of tendering of accounts and cost computing, the identification of market potential, the entrepreneurial stimulation and motivation, or the monitoring and controlling of newly incorporated enterprises, they embrace virtually every phase in the founding process.

Here, the founders learn to develop and evaluate business plans and concepts, and are given advice as to knowledge transfer and the innovation process itself. The value of these trainings, which also include the transfer of know-how in client counseling, has widely been proven through the success achieved by the multitude of incorporations which were established supported by the Foundation‘s support services.
