Boards

The governing bodies of the Foundation include the Executive Board (Board of Directors), the Advisory Council and the Board of Trustees.

Two General Managers conduct the daily business in accordance with the guidelines agreed on by the Executive Board. They report to the executive board and are bound by its directives. The Managing Directors are Wolfgang Kniejski as the treasurer and Dr. Joachim Rix as the technical and scientific manager.

The Board of Directors currently consists of seven members including Prof. Dr.-Ing. Encarnação as Chairman of the Board and the two general Managers. The Advisory Board consists of seven members and is, on one hand an advisory group to the executive board and the managers and on the other hand responsible for decisions as stated in the Charter of the Foundation, determines the planned projects and establishes the program budgets.

The Board of Trustees determines the individual activities and projects to be carried out, and decisions regarding the assets of the Foundation. Members of this council include representatives of the INI-GraphicsNet, international respected personalities from politics, sciences and economics, and also members of the INI-Graphics Alumni Forum.
